Ras El Hanout Poached Yuba

Ingredients

  • 3 (5oz) packages Organic Yuba Sheets Locate Product

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 3 tbsp ras el hanout

Instructions

  1. Chop up yuba into 1/2 inch ribbons.

  2. Cover yuba with water, add salt and spice. Simmer 45 minutes.

  3. Drain thoroughly. Squeeze very dry.

  4. Wrap with cheesecloth, tie tightly, steam loaves 45 minutes.
