Ras El Hanout Poached Yuba

Ingredients
3 (5oz) packages Organic Yuba Sheets Locate Product
1 tbsp salt
3 tbsp ras el hanout
Instructions
Chop up yuba into 1/2 inch ribbons.
Cover yuba with water, add salt and spice. Simmer 45 minutes.
Drain thoroughly. Squeeze very dry.
Wrap with cheesecloth, tie tightly, steam loaves 45 minutes.
